SIFMA Now! is a volunteer coalition of people who use drugs, advocates, doctors, attorneys, students (medical, legal), family members, and community members who have been advocating for the opening of safe consumption sites (SCS) in Massachusetts since September of 2016. We know that a science-based, public-health, and harm reduction approach is urgent and essential in order to save lives now and to stem the tide of preventable overdose deaths.
